Fait brought me and my band here after our show in Chacoutimi. The Cheese curds are top shelf. TOP SHELF!!!
Kid at table next to me got three poutines.
Really good poutine.
«Poutine reflects quebec’s religious history and it’s respect for the holy trinity. Poutine has to have the 3 elements; The Father (patate), The Son (Cheese Curds), and The Holy Ghost (Brown Sauce). This place, La Bonne Patate, respects this socio-​religious historical institution and the cultural integrity of Quebec’s patrimon to a very high order with a vigour that is all too rarely demonstrated.
