I had an issue last week and it was a serious one but the fellow at Fortins was absolutely fantastic.
I do not know his name but he had black hair and a goatee on his face, really friendly and super helpful.
My need was a new headlight, actually it was 2 new headlights in my Jetta

#2 offered to put the lights in, actually he realized I would have no idea where to put the bulbs so he offered to install them for me, no extra charge just a great guy doing good business in a Chilliwack.
