Extremely slow service, website lists parts that aren’t in stock. They use a horrible courier service who lost my package. No braaaap for the long weekend. Will never purchase from gnarly parts again. Time is money and I’ll pay a couple extra bucks to get parts fast.

Total rip off. I brought my bike in for a tune up and some re jetting and they broke my bike. They did a half ass repair that was more of a bandaid. They returned the bike in worse condition then when I brought it in. I ended up spending about $ 1000 to fix what they screwed up. Their mechanic is terrible and the owner doesn’t care about his clients. I would never recommend them or do business with them again. Previously before them breaking my bike I spent hundreds of dollars there.
