All the baked goods here are delicious! Haven’t had a bad experience in the handful of times I have been here. Décor is nice, clean and the food is tasty! Thumbs up :)

A once in a lifetime experience…(not going back) I was a little perplexed going into this restaurant which seemed spacious from outside in the rain but upon entering found that there were only about a half dozen tables and about 4 of those(already filled) were for 4 the others sat two. These were located on one side of the building and the rest of the building was laid out like a coffee house with arm chairs and tiny tiny tables. We 3 waited unattended for 20 min until a table became available and quickly sat down in this first come first unserved Coffee Café. Is this a restaurant or coffee house or both? Hmmm. As the staff seemed to ignore us I approached the counter and was educated… You may come up and order here. I asked for menu’s as mom in a wheel chair with poor vision wasn’t able to come back to the front entrance and try to view a large menu while trying to peer, from a sitting position, over the counter to do so. I was gratefully given a paper menu fresh off a home printer. After perusing and selecting our fare from the menu’s provided I then got in line and waited 10 min. to order. After which I was asked to pay. Using my credit card of course the option came up asking … will I be paying a percentage or some other amount for the gratuity for the privilege of self serve. Odd… asking for a tip for taking your order and without having had the opportunity of tasting your repast. Meals were $ 13 to $ 15. I had the poutine and Eggs Benny with a sauce that could only be described at best as mediocre. The poutine part of this order was potato chunks charred black with thinly sliced onions thrown in. That was it … basically a couple of eggs tossed on top of charred potato chunks in a bowl with a little sad Benny sauce ladled sparingly atop. $ 14. A Roadside Diner could provide better for $ 1.99. Sad. The coffee… I personally wouldn’t wake up in the morning and look forward to this. Surprisingly a very busy place. Must be homey to some. We had a simple breakfast(included moms grilled cheese/chicken sand-wife’s chicken wrap & coffee) for three =$ 50. I didn’t think we got value.

Amazing little spot! Great food and lots of choices for those with dietary restrictions and allergies. Amazing to find almond milk and vegan options that are also TASTY! My kids didn’t want to go in, but after an amazing breakfast and grilled cheese finished off with yummy cookie and bacon donut I no longer have trouble convincing kids to join me.

Travelling through and we were starving. Thank goodness for Unilocal! This place is amazingly delicious. It’s a good thing we don’t live here or our waistlines would suffer. Bread pudding muffins!

Best food in chilliwack in my opinion! The crab cake Benny is to die for, and the fancy pants grilled cheese is AMAZING! The patio is amazing, and the staff is friendly..

Had high hopes. Such a cool spot with food that looks amazing. Service was lacking. Disinterested staff. Went for brunch for Mother’s Day and it was well below the experience I was hoping for. I felt nickel and dimed having to ask for everything. How many ketchups how many hot sauces how many extra napkins? The food was average. I had eggs Benedict. The focaccia bread it was served on added flavour but was soggy. And I had to return my eggs because I had ordered them soft and they came out hard. Which they did without hassle. The fruit cup that I opted for in replace of the hash browns was yummy fresh kiwi pineapple and strawberries but not worth the extra $ 3. My partner had the pancakes and they were also average out of the box style. But. My biggest complaint and what I find to be ridiculous is the drip coffee(that tastes like dirty water) isn’t refillable. What? The latte my partner had tasted burnt. Won’t be returning. Not even to try the rest of their menu or what looks like amazing baked goods.

I really like this little joint in Chilliwack BC Canada. But there are a few items that I would like to suggest as a patron of the restaurant. Because the ceilings are high the location tends to echo a bit. One of the things that I would love to see would be felt on the bottoms of the chairs on their feet. Food is great service is slow coffee is great.

First time visiting here and I so wanted to love this place. Nice West Coast Café atmosphere. Had the Harvest roast turkey sandwich. Was your typical roast turkey sandwich you’d have after Thanksgiving. I think a better bread choice would be much better than a huge foccatia. Had a nice flavour. Wife had the Carnita grilled cheese. She said it was wonderful. The only draw back is the prices are extremely high. That would be the only reason I would probably not come. I will give the breakfast a try if there is a next time. Not sure having uncovered donuts right by the cash register is a good idea. Only one huge wet sneeze from a sicko and… Well you get the idea. Carnita grilled cheese $ 14.95 Havest turkey sandwich $ 11.95 Side of gravy $ 1.95 Poutine from $ 9.95 to $ 15 bucks. Ouch!

Looking for breakfast? Come here. Freshly, handmade doughnuts with wholewheat flour! Excellent Benny’s served on focaccia with grilled tomato and really good hollandaise. Nice staff. Cozy. Glad I tried it out. I’ll be back! Sorry I didn’t get a snap of the eggs Benny. I ate it too fast lol

I agree with the reviews here. Portions are large, food is tasty. Prices are a little high but worth it. The breakfast burrito was amazing and the potatoes didn’t need ketchup to be flavourful and yummy. Wife forced me to try the maple bacon donut. Too. Much. Food. But I’m glad I tried it. :) Great place and friendly staff.

We were feelings hunger pangs on our way home from the Okanagan and used Unilocal to guide us to this highly-rated café. When I was a teenager, Chilliwack was a bit of a culinary wasteland but those days are obviously gone. This place has, as the owner explained, a great menu of «comfort mood, deconstructed and made healthy and fresh». My SO had the veggie chilli and said it was great. Kids shared the lemon blueberry pancakes and declared them the«best ever». I enjoyed their(also huge!) signature salad but if I’m gonna nitpick, it could have used something creamy like cheese or avocado for some balance. Owner is a super nice guy. Best thing of all though is the room. Bright, clean, expansive ceilings, and spacious layout. We’ll make a point to be hungry next time we’re in the ‘Wack!

Went for Easter breakfast this morning, food was great, it after 2:00 and I’m still full. My wife is celiac and they have lots for her there, they have even perfected the gluten free pancake, she is SO thrilled! Way to go guys!

i’m always excited to go to a place that knows what gluten-free and vegan means. and this is a place in chilliwack! there is a little bit of a décor shop on the left as you enter the café and then a glass encasement of treats at the center order counter, including gluten-free/vegan items(like a large and crazy chocolate covered peanut butter smeared brownie that i ate before and after my lunch and still had about half to finish later!). there is a soy option for lattes and such. and, to my delight, they have a daily selection of items(we all had the soup of the day — a moroccan sweet potato and carrot) and a several-paged menu of salads and soups and sandwiches. my dad loved his ancient grains salad(very hearty with beans and veg!) and i got a wide-eyed nod of a recommendation from another that the fancy pants grilled cheese was not to be missed(though needs to be, if you’re vegan and GF! ha). i love how fresh it feels inside and apparently we came just in time(just before noon) to miss the craziness of lunch time as it fills up quickly. high ceilings and bright whites and dark woods with friendly and knowledgeable staff. makes me think that heirloom in vancouver could have a cousin in chilliwack. i love that they grow their herbs and such on their back patio. my side salad was so fresh and tangy and i like to think that it contained some just-picked greens! i would definitely love to visit again!
