I can’t express my deep disappointment with this company. Not only was Kay rude, but I found her to be extremely RACIST. She kept making references to the fact that since I was not born in Canada, I don’t understand how to communicate even though I was raised and educated here since I was 3. It’s hard to explain how big of a nightmare this was but I will try to keep it to the point. Kay had rescheduled my booking 3 times over 3 months. Her last e-mail asked me to confirm June 22 or June 29. I sent an e-mail back confirming for June 22. I drove the 70 minutes to Harrison to meet her only to find out she had already booked someone else for that time. She then blamed me for the incorrect booking because she said that she did not reconfirm the date with me and it was my fault for not checking back again. She did however say that she had me confirmed for a week later which I found to be absolutely absurd how she could get that date and not the 22nd but at the same time saying that she never confirmed anything back with me at all. Her circular logic of lies was beyond my understanding. I was fed up and said that I didn’t even want to bother anymore and asked for my money back. She refused and said the Groupon expired and that she won’t give anything out of her pocket. I told her I would complain to Groupon about her and she basically started sending me e-mail threats and calling me a child and LOSER. Doesn’t really scream professionalism. Groupon ended up giving me my money back and I just want to warn anyone else who is even considering hiring this person. If I could give negative stars I would have. People like Kay make me sick.
