Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken

Bland food, no need to write a long review. This is such bland tasteless, over salted food, it makes McDonalds restaurants a 6 star, yes 6 star restaurant in comparison. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Awful experience. I’ve had good chicken filet sandwiches at the Abbotsford Lee’s and so I took the G/​F to the Chilliwack Lee’s, expecting it to be the same product. (It’s a chain, right?) The proprietor handed over two gross chicken-​binder patty burgers, instead of the filet sandwiches I’d asked for! One bite was all it took to reveal it was not a filet but some sort of compressed chicken-​mush patty. When I brought them back up to point out the error the old obnoxious guy just kept saying, ‘That what you order! That what you order!”, and it was not what I’d ordered at all, in fact the order was taken by a different younger guy who never reappeared. The older guy who hadn’t even heard the order kept my $ 16.00, and the burgers with one bite out of each.
If a lightining bolt were to hit Chilliwack Lee’s it would be a blessing. The place is a scam and no wonder it was totally empty of customers.
Oh and the Canadian Lee’s website says it is not affiliated with this store, no can help, and the American Lee’s website just doesn’t reply to enquiries.
Is the whole corporation dirty or just this store? When they don’t reply I have to think it’s all of them.

Good chicken. Gross fries and gravy. The people working their are miserable every time.

The fried chicken wasn’t particularly crunchy or flavorful. And pretty much every item on the menu is fried. Your choices consist of fried chicken (leg and thigh), fried chicken on a sandwich, french fries (not very good ones), or fried potato pancakes (more like smooshed tater tots?!), with gravy on the side. It was all freshly made to order and came out piping hot, but nonetheless I wouldn’t stop here again. Next time we’re driving through Chilliwack and need lunch, we’ll drive a bit further into town to find more options.

I come here when I feel like a grease treat. The chicken is not bad. I like the crispy over the regular. The Regular taste very much like KFC. No. let me re-​refrase that. the way KFC use to taste, which wasn’t bad. The way KFC is now is horrible.
I only eat there chicken so I have no idea about their frys are nuggets. The owner is very friendly and the food is usaully ready in minutes.
No Churches in Chilliwack so this is my first choice for fried chicken in the Fraser Valley.
