I have ordered from this pizzeria and have had no problems — but tonight was in for a shock and found out their customer service is the worst I have ever come across. I ordered a pizza from them tonight and after a ‘gliche’ with their system received it 2 ½ hours later. I called and complained as when I finally received the pizza, sadly, it was cold. The person on the phone did not apologize but told me to ‘go and write a bad review as I don’t like your attitude’. Wow, all I did was complain about how long it took and would of liked an apology, but he came right out with that comment and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. I would of expected a lot more from a business who states they ‘are trying to build their business’. I think customer service is right up there with the quality of food and would never order from their business again due to the way I was treated.

Great pizza and friendly service. I highly recommend Nick’s! In my opinion best pizza in Chilliwack.
