Working with Louise and her team was great! My grandmother passed away after a short battle with cancer, and my grandfather was moved in to a care facility. Our realtor recommended Louise to us as someone that could help us get the house ready to be sold and it was the best decision we made.
Louise gave the family peace of mind. She showed great compassion and respect as she helped us pack up the belongings in the house. Boxes were carefully packed and labeled and she set aside items she thought the family would want to take a look at before deciding on their final destination. She was flexible and adapted to our change in timeline and plans more than once, and communicated with us each step of the way.
We took full advantage of the wide range of services that Louise had to offer. On top of helping pack up the house, she helped coordinate painting the inside of the home, replacing the carpets, thoughtful landscaping to add curb appeal and a deep clean of the house before it was staged.
Louise integrated items from the home with some of her own to create a welcoming home for purchasers to walk through. Not surprisingly, the home was sold just a few days after our first showings and for our full asking price!
