Agent was okay until their time was needed during the offer wrap –up and after the deal closed. Made it seem that their time was more valuable them mine during a stressful period of financing due to cross Canada communication. Failed to respond to contact after purchase close date when asked to find out some info for us. Started off well, turned out seemed to care more about the money aspect then the client as they originally feigned concern for.
