This man is so rude!
We showed up at 4, he yelled at me for putting laundry in saying he was leaving at 6 and he’s not going to wait around even if we have laundry in the machine (sign says they close at 8)
My laundry would only take 25 mins and then another 25mins to dry. My husband came back in with me after I told him what he said and as we were switching our laundry to the drier my husband mentioned the sign on the door says you close at 8, then the man said ‘I don’t care what the f*cking sign says I’m leaving no later then 6.’ I’m pretty upset I wasted my money here. He shouldn’t be working with people or in customer service.

My wife went by to do a load of laundry, when a man came out and said «we’re closed». She politely pointed out that their sign said they were open until 8. «Last load at 7». It was 7:01pm.
EDIT: Originally gave them 1 star, but a few days later the man she met before apologized for his behaviour the previous day, and she had said nothing! Not sure what the change was, but have to give them an A-​OK recommendation after that.
