Absolutely ridiculous. Website says 10 of a certain vacuum on hand, drive all the way down to the store to find out they infact do not have it on hand & refused to sell me the demo one… gave me a raincheck but I need the vacuum now… not in 3 or more weeks when they finally get some on hand. So frustrated. ready to cancel my credit card with them!

Be very careful when buying items from Sears. Check and double check that the price they advertise is the price you actually pay. We have been customers at Sears for many years, but try to avoid them when possible because of the multiple times they have overcharged us for items that were on sale.
If you notice an error, they will correct it, but the fact that this has happened to us so often (and always in their favour) that it leads us to think the problem might be systemic.

Watch out for the «discount» signs. Make sure you read the small print. They are very misleading and will cause some embarrassment when you get to the service counter.
