The Town Butcher

This is the best place to get healthy local meat in Chilliwack. Selection is great. If they don’t have what you want they will get it for you. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thx for your great service.

This is the only butcher shop my family buys from in Chilliwack. Bill and Liv are experts in their field and care a great deal about the products they sell. The meat is fresh, butchered on site and well looked after. All of the meat is bought from local farms and killed at a local (ethical) plant (which is more than I can say for any other butcher shop around.) Bill will custom cut or order anything you ask for. Try the local bacon, it’s a favourite! The shop is clean, modern and very inviting. Say no to factory farms! Say yes to ethically treated animals!

The prices might be a little steep but the selection, top-​notch quality, and service more than make up for it. While you can purchase all your meats here I’d highly recommend coming in hungry and trying one of their amazing deli sandwiches which are to die for.

Fancy-​schmancy butcher’s shop. This place is pretty swank and it is obvious that the owners care a great deal about their product. And hey, what other butcher’s shop have you been in where they have a chandelier?
They source a lot of their meat locally, and you can special order cuts and hormone-​free meats if that is your thing. They have a deli, too! Everything is labeled so you know if you are buying local pork, or beef, etc. The space is clean and inviting and they have a range of other local specialties like sauces and jams for you to buy.
Also, very friendly and knowledgeable service.
Just be aware if you get product from the deli, because your total can add up fast! The potato salad is good, but it’s expensive.
