This Swiss chalet I find really slow service and below average food. I think they need to start stepping their game up and get some new things on the menu. You can always count on the ribs being good here though. This restaurant is so outdated and feels dark and dreary. Swiss chalet needs to start some updating to come into the present. I ordered take out a couple times and both times they forgot something so they had to come back with what they forgot. Make sure you check that they delivered everything they were supposed to

Had the 1⁄3 chicken and rib combo. Generous portions. Great tasting. Fast and courteous service. Nice décor. Clean. Would come back.

Very good food. Generous portions. One of the few Swiss chalets where the meal you get is like the one you see in the menu.
Service on the other hand was mediocre. They seemed overstaffed and yet they were all rushed. Service was not the type you expect from a Swiss Chalet. And I got a festive meal which came with lindort chocolate and the waitress didn’t bring it, mention it or provide it as a desert.
