I had a situation with this location previously; however, once posting this review and speaking with the owner, Dana, who responded to me very promptly, I would give this salon a positive rating.
They accommodate their clients and are friendly in a consistent manner.
I recommend.

Excellent service every time I go in; stylists are friendly and personable and never pushy about product purchase (of which there is TONS of selection, it’s hard not to buy the whole store whenever going in!) I’m very picky about my hair as I’m trying to grow it out … the girls have always respected this and have given the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time here. Service prices are very fair, and you can tell all the staff love their jobs here. An excellent, competitive addition to Cochrane’s hair & beauty salons!
