The store is located in downtown Cochrane and offers a wide variety of cheese. When we first came in some months ago, we were offered to try their cheese and the lady behind the counter was complaining that we just came from lunch and rejected the offer.
When we came back some days later we tried about half a dozen kinds of cheese and learned, that ‘Bergeron’ is a cheese maker in Quebec and the store in Cochrane is owned by the Bergeron family. As they do not only feature their own cheese but cheese from around the world they have a quite impressive selection.
Prices are moderate and depend on the brand. Their own cheese is good and almost every time of better value than imported brands.
