Just a note to let you know how happy I am with the level of professionalism and absolutely top quality service that I received from the Cochrane, Alberta location. On Saturday, Aug. 22, I brought my 2005 Buick Rendezvous to your Cochrane location to change my transmission, power steering, and rear differential/transaxle fluids changed. Service staff was polite, courteous and efficient. Over the next 24 hours I drove the Buick about 500 km and noticed that when I was turning, there was a loud grinding or growling noise coming from the rear end. I worried about this sound and called at the earliest convenient time to see what the Lube City shop had to say about it and to my surprise, the situation was very quickly dealt with and not only was the situation accepted with an open mind of a mistake on their part, but they came to my house(in Bragg Creek), at my convenience to rectify the situation and change out the rear diff fluid with the proper weight. Absolutely outstanding service and I would recommend your company to anyone that would ask. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience. Buick is now running great.

Oil change? How about no… I live in Bragg Creek and(as I usually state in most of my reviews) I like to support local, small businesses when I can. Being 1000 kms overdue for an oilchange and needing to kill an hour in Cochrane, I decided to try this place out. No line up, pulled right in and WHAM they don’t carry German car oil filters. What the hell??? Not even one??? Insult to injury? They told me I could go to Audi and get the filter and bring it there and I’d get a $ 3 discount. Because what? It’s 1900 and I’m driving a horse and carriage with no costs? Id’ have to drive over 100 kms to do this… wow. Anyway, Mr. Lube carries all oil filters. So I guess I have to use them. For shame.
