You are a liar sir. We have never had any mice or rodents in the unit and it was never mentioned to Cookstown.
I have pictures of chewed plumbing lines with RV antifreeze in the low points that were left in the lines. The trailer was immaculate when dropped off. No food, and properly winterized.
I have a work orders confirming that work was completed and emails admitting, and apologising for indicating work was completed when it wasnt. I also have those pictures. Please explain how i. have a dated work order saying work was done, an email from your manager dated later confirming that it «must have been a friday» and another later work order completing the exact same work? You are a liar. FW tried to rip off Forest River by fraudulently claiming that warrantly work was completed when it wasnt and you are caught. Anyone can email me and I will show them proof, not words and lies. Pictures, emails and work orders.
You couldnt entice me to have your company work on my unit for free. FW is terrible at fixing RVs and will rip off people that dont look inside the access panels to check on your work.

FRASER WAY RV IN COOKSTOWN purchased a Winnebago travel trailer from fraserway rv in cookstown. very disappointed with this purchase. upon pick up the monoxide detector was faulty and there was a patch of roof glue behind the trailer. they do a precheck but I guess this happened before I got there after inspection. we traveled 3 hrs to park it for the season. within the first month we had 5 water leaks which contributed to having mold in our trailer. apparently everything was pressure tested prior to pick up. we were told that after travel. NOTE TO THY SELF fittings can tend to leak. so if you purchase a new trailer you should remove all paneling to access water fittings and retighten them. had a 2007 jayco 27 bh for 7 years and travelled thousands of kms without a water leak. our outdoor kitchen door does not lock or seal properly due to improper fit and finish. when a/​c is working sounds like a helicopter is landing on roof. we were also told before purchase that we would be able to get it serviced at a local rv dealer, that has changed. waiting to see how this is going to be delt with. so far no conclusion. beware when purchasing 4hrs away from home and you are told you can get it serviced at a local dealer CALL! and find out the truth. 8hr trip everytime there is something wrong. WAITING FOR CONCLUSION ON HOW THIS WILL GET DELT WITH FROM FRASEWAY RV in COOKSTOWN.
