Came here, Looked around for 10 minutes. Looked around some more. Nobody even acknowledged our existence.
A nod/​eye contact/​hello-​be-​right-​with-​you etc etc is pretty much how it’s supposed to be done but these guys seem to have no clue how to serve customers.
Do I have to walk around the store with a $ 10K wad of cash in my hand, waiting to get mugged? Maybe if I wore some fake designer garbage clothes that would impress you more.
Next time, if I want service, I’ll let out a huge fart to chase everyone else away…

Further to my previous review. I received a call from the regional manager saying I could return my rings. My husband and I went in to return them and though we had paid with cash were told they would only refund us with a check that took 2 weeks to be processed. The staff treated us like garbage and then the older lady called her manager saying I was harassing her and started fake crying then hung up the phone stopped crying immediately and told me the manager did not want to speak to me. I asked to speak to any manager available and was told no one wanted to talk to me. I’m not sure what kind of customer service that is. In the meantime I was blocked on Facebook and my comments there were deleted so there is no transparency in the way the store deals with complaints. This has been absolutely horrific and I really hope people consider other options for jewellery as no one deserves to be treated the way we were. Not least during the most special of their lifes moments.

I got an engagement ring for Christmas and had to go to the store to resize it because it was too big… here’s where the adventure begins…
My fiancé and I get there and tried to figure out with one of the sales ladies what size I should pick. They have this kinda keychain where the have all the sizes you can try… for my bad luck I guess, my size wasn’t there, so I tried going for the next size. We left the ring, they said it would be ready by New Years and it was. I was pretty happy to get the call. I drive to the store right away and once I get there, they spent about 30 minutes trying to find it and what really bothered me was that they kept asking if I was sure someone called me! After the long wait, they finally found it and the size seemed ok but in reality it was still loose, so the lady said I could come back and resize it again but that I should try it for a few days.
Turns out that a week after, my fiancé gets a call from the store saying that they have given him the wrong certificate for the ring (and this happened TWICE!), so in less than a month he had to go back and forth to get the right certificate. This was still ok, I was like: anybody could make a mistake… benefit of the doubt I guess.
Well, I decided to go back today to finally resize the ring again and first, I was treated like if I was lying about buying the ring in that store (hello lady! This is an engagement ring and I don’t think any girl would actually keep «the receipt» for that kinda present!).
After the challenge of making her to believe I was saying the truth, she finally decided to look me up on the system by phone number (i think it would have been better to ask for it in the 1^st place? And saving me the hassle of feeling like a lier?).
She finds my fiancé information, confirms he got the ring there, and then tells me that I have to. pay to get my ring resize… not just that but also blames my fiancé for «not getting the extended warranty»…
I explained that she has told me I could get my ring resize again no problem but she kept saying she couldn’t help me out.
Honestly, I walked out so upset that I told my fiancé to go back and return the ring!
What really upset us is that you get the service when they want your money but after that, they don’t care anymore. I believe there should be a better customer service, an engagement ring doesn’t cost $ 50!
Never ever buy from this store, the sales stuff is rude and if they screw up it’s ok but if you need service it is a hassle and they actually make you feel like crap!
