Fraud alert.
I wanted to share my horrible experience with Illumination Spa in Osoyoos BC, and to give anyone visiting a heads up. The receptionist I spoke to advised me I will be seeing registered British Colombia massage therapist as I told them I will claim my visit through my benefits. I then submitted a claim thought my insurance after my visit and I was then declined because therapist that operates in this spa is registered with Alberta, which this spa did not advice me about when I was booking my appointment. Due note, the spa is located in BC. I called them and asked why I wasn’t advised about it and they promised I will receive a phone call from their manager, who never called me back. To those who exercise the use of their employer benefits, please double check the provincial jurisdiction of your benefit coverage and learn from my experience. I now have to dispute this transaction with my Bank and local authorities for this issue.

Received this in-​home treatment twice over the past year and am very pleased with the results. My teeth brightened 6 shades whiter! Kim provides a relaxing, comfortable experience far quicker and more affordable than dental clinics.
