This location is not as busy as the other locations, thank god. Decent selection as the others, same prices, ample seating and the customer service was awesome.

Absolutely love this place! Not only because they have unlimited mix-​ins at the moment, but also because of the experience. I have yet to encounter a staff member who is less than friendly! My favourite combination to order has to be the «Zen-​Sation» with a scoop of nestle crunch and Skor (due to the unlimited mix-​ins). The reason why it’s only 4 stars is because the green tea ice cream is rarely in stock, so I get disappointed that they don’t have my favourite flavour. The ice cream isn’t too sweet and I find that I am always in the mood for marble slab whether or not it is cold outside! It is quite pricey in comparison to most ice cream stores, but this place is like no other!

Love this place and have always had awesome customer service! The only reason 4 star instead of 5 is the red velvet flavour is never in stock! Its the best ice cream out there!

Had an amazing customer service experience here. You can order ice cream cakes on-​line and set up a pick up date. I couldn’t come in to pick up my cake on the reserved date Dec 23, but the owner (I assume) called my cellphone and let me know that if I needed the cake for Christmas, she will meet me at the store on the 24th when the store is actually closed so that I can have my cake before Christmas.
It’s very considerate of her and really going above and beyond.
I’ve come here once before to get some pints to take home, and they were all really tasty
