I have a similar experience to Kayla C. but with an additional twist. We have made a number of Groupon appointments with them over the last couple years. I have noticed over time that the quality of detail service has dropped from very good to barely adequate. The amount of work done has also decreased, but that is stated upfront so fair enough. With the latest Groupon, however, I experienced a level of service that makes me wonder if they want to stay in business.
I called in October to book an appointment. I was told that the earliest weekend appointment would be Dec 13. The Groupon expired late November, but that would be ok since I gave them the Groupon number. On the day of the appointment, I showed up at 830am, the opening time. He never showed up until 915. When I tried to check in my car, he said that I didn’t have any booking under my name or Groupon number, going so far to claim that my call never happened. Because I have nothing better to do on a Saturday morning like wake up early and wait 45 minutes at an empty shop? He suggested that I make another weekend appointment for another time. I said no thanks, I would rather get a refund for my Groupon. On the way out the door, he gave me a sarcastic «Have a nice day!» I did have a nice day actually, knowing that I will never waste another cent at that place.

Terrible service. I bought a Groupon for Rallytec and when I tried to book an appointment in August before it expired I was told that they were booked until October. A little hard to believe but sure if this place is so great I’ll wait the wait and book an appointment in October. It shows that they are opened at 8:30 am. My appointment was at 9:00 am I show up and it’s not even open. I sit until after 9:30 hoping some one would show or pick up the phone… nothing. Trying to get a hold of groupon to get my money back because this place doesn’t deserve my business.

Never seen such piss poor work in my life! Got the $ 275 for detail… they ran it through the $ 12 car wash next door. (confirmed this with the car wash company) The windows were still dirty, seats weren’t even cleaned and there was still dirt on the floor. When I complained they attempted to wax it while I waited… I’ve never seen anybody wax a vehicle with as little effort in my life. If you want a detailing go to a real detail company!!!
