Worst service ever do not purchase online from them. The parcel gets delivered then they can’t find it. I have proof it was delivered and they act like I am a liar.

This is such a joke. I ordered same day cards before 12pm… I called around 6pm to see if they were ready SURPRISE they were not! Really bad customer service. The guy told me I placed my order at 3pm that’s why they were not ready. He even «ya ya ya’d» me off the telephone? THANKS Ahmad, it took you 5 minutes to spell my name so you should learn to hold your horses anyway.
In anycase Staples: stop advertising Same Day business cards. It’s not happening.

Went in to buy a office chair knowing which product I was going to buy ahead of time. Arrived and spent the first 20 minutes waiting for somebody to help me, spent the next 10 minutes searching the store for somebody to help me, spent the last 30 seconds walking out of the store giving up.
Maybe it’s better to just order online and avoid the actual store.
Update:
Decided to try again. Thought I’d call this time to have the product put to the side so I wouldn’t have to wait around or search for somebody to help me, unfortunately the stores contact number listed online and on the staples site goes directly to an answering service saying their hours, then hangs up. No option for a department or to speak to anyone.
So I went down to the store and was finally helped by someone. Unfortunately although their site says there was 2 of the product in stock and they were displaying it on the floor, they didn’t have any for sale. So I give up

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now and something always comes up and I forget, until the next time I am in again.
We send all of our marketing materials, printed health assessments and consent forms to Staples. The service is fast, business discounts are available and the reps that work in the copy & print center are very efficient and nice.
Alex who works there is very personable, he remembers your name and details about your ordering preference. So much so, that I was inspired to right a review.

Like all Staples, this place is kind of pricey.
The staff are however helpful and friendly. Product knowledge is hit and miss but it’s kind of like that everywhere.
I go here because there aren’t exactly any better brick and mortar choices out there.

Wow, friendly staff greeting me as i step in with smiles at 9am. Enough for me to say, «Yay! i’m a fan» of good customer service. Keep it up.
