Best McDonald’s. Staff are great. Never any issues with wrong orders. Staff are very watchful and helpful for customers who require assistance. Very friendly!

Probably the worst customer service that I have experienced from any other Mcdonalds I’ve been to. The employees are rude, unmotivated and constantly making errors. My food is always cold and dry. Today I went to get a Mcflurry and they said their machine was off for the day so I had to leave with nothing… I’m done with this location. Done.

You just know someone in my house had a hungover weekend when I’m reviewing a McDonald’s on a Monday morning. You’re welcome for that scary glimpse into my personal life. But yes I popped over to the Portland Street McDonald’s to score some Egg McMuffins to counteract someone’s consumption of half a box of wine the night before(ohmigod this gets white trashier and white trashier). Luckily, there was no one ahead in the drive-thru lane this time around seeing as how I’ve definitely sat in that line-up for 20 minutes in the past. The speaker voice lady was as generous as always with her ‘hons’ and ‘darlins’, and equally generous with her ‘can you repeat thats’ seeing as how I had to repeat the order in completion about three times. Now, I won’t even bother commenting on the food given that it’s barely food at all. But what I will mention is that like every other time I’ve visited this McDonald’s(I mean, only like four times in total… let’s not get carried away) the order was wrong when we got home. This time, they forgot to put the hashbrowns in the bag(at least they didn’t charge me for them on the bill), but many other times they’ve put meat on meat-free breakfast sammies. Thanks for putting me in the position of telling a hungover mess that he wouldn’t be getting any hashbrowns, McDonald’s. That was super for me.

What can I say about McDonald’s? I only ever use the drive though and it’s a rare occurrence at that. Typically only when the Mr. puts in an order for something not so nutritious. Speedy — Yes. Get what I ordered — Yes. Cheap — Yes. Good fries — Yes. Here’s a sad commentary on drive-thrus. When I stopped at the window the young girl asked if I wanted a tray. I said no thank you my dear, but I appreciate you asking. She was startled as if no one had been polite to her in a while. Geesh — what does that tell you?
