Recently went in for some TMJ X-Rays. The building was easy to find near the Dartmouth general hospital. The check-in process was super quick and professional. I barely had to wait 5 minutes in the waiting room, but during that time I enjoyed the large windows with a nice view out on the bay(if you really look hard). The windows gave the otherwise cramped office a nice open airy feel. The lady who took my X-Rays was very friendly and efficient. The doctor who reviewed my X-Rays was a bit rushed, but that is to be expected in such a busy office.

Trips to the dentist are never fun, less so when it comes to the ever-wonderful wisdom teeth(pretty much a rite of passage for people). I had been referred to OMS by my dentist to get said little bits of wonder removed, which in and of itself was a bit worrisome for someone that didn’t like being at the dentist to begin with, but they handled it wonderfully. The staff were professional and thorough, the surgeon I was working with explained exactly how things would work, and when it came to the day itself, although I was in there wicked early, which kind of sucked, the staff were no less ready and eager to help. Perhaps the best part though is that they can direct bill certain companies for insurance, so make sure you’re bringing that info should you need to go to them.
