This company is grossly unprofessional. Currently trying to plan a big move, and they can’t even guarantee a specific day for delivery. (??) They quoted a month timeframe, which is completely absurd!
They also gave us an initial quote, including a discount, but now for no reason, they have revoked the discount, and reported that the original quote price is not in Canadian dollars but in U.S. Dollars, making the price skyrocket up an additional 20%…
I am incredibly frustrated and annoyed with the complete lack of professionalism this company displays. Please save yourself the time and don’t do business with them!

Don’t even go there! They were hired for moving and storage, and the employees joked about taking items, and guess what? Those items were missing upon delivery.

We used Première to move several large items to our new house. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. When booking the service the sales lady was very friendly and personable. The two men that came to do our move were really fast and efficient. They wrapped furniture in plastic and/​or blankets and even moved our flat screen TV with ease. Both guys were really friendly and accommodating when we added a few extra things to the load. My parents used Première when they moved as well and were very happy with everything. I definitely recommend!
