Well,
First of all they do not pass on phone calls. (including the VP)
Second the monitoring company put me on hold for 8 min as my alarm was ringing.
Third they only called the first person (me) who did not remember the password to cancel the request.
Forth They are very rude to their customers blaming them for their lack of communication
