Atlantis Day Spa

I give this place 5 stars because I truly believe it deserves it. Staff is super friendly, prices aren’t totally expensive, place is clean, cozy atmosphere, the steamroom is nice and warm and they seem to treat you like royalty. They make you fill out a thorough form about yourself and how you like your massage and they listen to any requests. I’ve been there twice now for a couples massage and will definately be going back soon

Nice place and good selection of services, but two negative experiences cost this place two stars each in my book … First was a massage, which was good but the technician told me to put my necklace in the pocket of my robe and I forgot it when I left. I called soon after and they refused to even look for it in the laundry. It was a chain I’d had for years, given to me by my grandparents and it had huge sentimental value; I felt so bereft that I cried on the phone when they refused to even look, and their hardened hearts were still not moved …
I eventually returned for a pedicure with a gift certificate, and the technician refused to remove a lot if the calluses on my feet, stating that if she removed more it would bleed. B*llsh**. I’ve had tons of pedicures in my life and that was simply not true. I did not even tip — only spa service I’ve ever not tipped, in 4 countries. Check out Aquae Sulis up the road instead — the difference is like night and day!
