This new member in the hair cutting franchise opened recently, offering $ 5 hair cuts. So I took advantage of this offer. The salon is tucked in beside Safeway. It has a modern, jazzy feel. The staff are young and are still a wee bit disorganised. I got a friendly haircutter who gave me a good summer cut. The second cut I got cost more because the place has now increased its prices, but was also good.
