Brutal experience. The owner came in to our class (BCIT/​VCC) and spoke to us about his business and told us that they were a really busy place and if we wanted to get lunch we were best to call ahead. we called ahead at 11:30am and placed an order so that our food would be ready when we got there at noon. The woman on the phone sounded frantic and rushed when she took our order didn’t even say goodbye before hanging up. When we got there the order had not even been put in-​first red flag. Upon entering this place, it was totally empty at 12:05pm, the lunch rush,…second red flag. We ordered for the second time and when my order came out it was wrong… strike three. These people need to take a step back and slow down or re-​evaluate their business model. With so many failures on the first experience, I will not go back. There are other places in the area that offer better service.

It’s kinda a cafeteria, but the food is solid and a go-​to if you’re on the Island. We’ve had multiple large groups accommodated. Pre-​order to ensure you can be in and out in 30 minutes. Staff is all very friendly. Daily specials are always intriguing, and if you can have a drink during the day there’s a full service bar (alas, if I took advantage of this, I’d probably be asleep at my desk by 2pm!)
P. S. Not diet friendly, but the coconut crusted chicken is crazy good.
