Punctual, professional, patient, and friendly. We needed to re-​key our rental property for new tenants. Patrick was super accommodating with the timing, and took the extra step to walk me through our options and answer all my questions before starting the work. His price point is very reasonable for re-​keying three existing locks, installing two new ones, and supplying five new keys. Would definitely use him again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

I’m not sure what the other negative review is about, but our house got broken into in New West and we had to change the locks in a hurry. Patrick did a great job and was a very nice guy. Not once did I question his ethics, and he even followed up later to make sure there were no other problems. I recommend him!

My aunt used this guy. I would strongly recommend that you use EXTREME caution before using him. She was very dissatisfied with his service. Pitiful. And, questionable ethics. I would recommend going elsewhere for assistance.
