Came in today and plan to buy a shoes for me and my wife, surprisingly we passed by 4 employees in the store and not even one said «Hi». Sorry for the bad review but this is spreading out to all sneakerheads

Located in the Sunridge Plaza, behind the Petro canada.
A unique style, the exterior looks like a house.
As expected, staff knowledgable and helpful, gave me a run down on their cross trainers, surprisingly – thought they only made runners.
Good sales, some models were 30% off.
even their own machine similar to Scholl’s, to measure for your best insoles.

This is the first New Balance store in the Lower Mainland. They sell all New Balance products such as shoes and apparel. I bought my New Balance 991 shoes at this store in 2001 when my New Balance 990 started to wear out. Believe or not, I’m still wearing my 991’s to this very day, and they’re in good condition too! If you don’t see a shoe at this store, they will order it for you with no additional charges.
I’ve purchased New Balance apparel at this store too and they seemed to be well stocked compared to other New Balance stores in the Lower Mainland. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a bit far from Vancouver, but it’s worth the drive.
