Tim Hortons is one of those places that when you are in Canada you have to stop by at least once. For those who are unfamiliar with Timmy’s, the American definition would be the love child of a Krispy Kreme and Panera. They offer coffee, tea, sandwiches, soup and donuts. Tim Bits are always the way to go, fun to eat and easy to share. I stopped here on my way back to the states and picked up a breakfast meal and a 50 pack of TimBits so that I could share when I was back in California. I had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with a vanilla latte. The sandwich was good, a little salty but that seems to be the norm for that type of sandwich no matter where you order it from. The latte was lacking, something was just off on it, maybe the espresso had been burned, I’m not sure. The Tim Bits were delightful though, I had gotten a little of everything, I think the powdered sugar with raspberry filling were my favorite. TSA at Sea-TAC looked at me like I was crazy carrying a 50 pack of Tim Bits through, but they can bite me. When I got another coffee at the airport, the barista was so excited that I would share my Tim Bits with her as she hadn’t had them since she lived in New York. The location of this Timmy’s is easy to spot and has a decent amount of parking as it’s in a strip mall. There is a ton of seating inside, and the staff were friendly. if you’ve never been, you have to stop. if you have, it’s still worth having as a treat every now and again.

To be honest this is the worst Tim’s I have ever been too. The service is always slow at this location. On the plus side there is lots of seating inside.

I love Tim Hortons and have an addiction to their French Vanilla. Today I went in to give into this addiction and was severed by a teenager? who obviously didn’t like his job. When I got my FV one side of the cup was coated in my sticky drink. I’m not sure how the server didn’t realize it, but he didn’t seem too happy when I asked for a second cup to put over the mess. This place is hit and miss for me and I don’t come here that often.

My experience here is always a roll off the dice. The experience is either totally wonderfully fantastic OR it is awfully brutal. On the awful days the food(when they remember to actually put it in the bag) is ice cold or made incorrectly. The drinks aren’t much better… one time instead of a mocha they gave me a black coffee with whipped cream on top and a «double double» meant my husband had half coffee and half tea? I even had a staff memeber one time tell me he didnt know how to put whipped cream on the hot chocolate and I had to wait for a manager? If you get Malwinder or Ali its safe to order… if not… buyer beware!

Originally a 24hr Tim Hortons when it opened, this location scaled back its hours when too many people were«loitering» around. Probably because nothing(literally) is open 24hrs in Tsawwassen. Shame too, I think it would have been nice! They’re recently renovated so this is now a Tim Hortons /Cold Stone Creamery. Delicious! Staff are always generally quick and helpful. They need to be because more often than not, the line is at or out the door!
