I ordered my entire houses appliances from trail. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, beverage fridge, washer and dryer. Paid in advance by 8 weeks. When they delivered the appliances, the beverage fridge did not work. I called and informed customer service. They sent out a repair person and told me that I need a new one. The paperwork will take 7 – 10 business days. I called after 14business days to follow up. I was told that the paper work is not in yet. It took 8 phone calls and two months, speaking to different levels of management before I was finally given a working beverage fridge. I would not purchase any appliances from trail again but maybe because they knew I just bought everything and wouldn’t be buying again for a long time, they didn’t care.

I ordered a kitchen appliance set, a significant order, all paid for in advance of expected delivery 3 weeks after order date, as some pieces needed to be brought in to stock. Checked in the day before delivery, all ok. Then, The delivery person informed me that only 2 of the 4 pieces were ready at the warehouse for him to deliver to me on the day of delivery. is that ok?, he asked. No, it was not. In frustration, no longer having any trust with this organization, I cancelled my order, which they allowed, as I did not get what I paid for, when I was promised it. The salesman was unavailable, got the sales manager, he was rude and didn’t offer up any acceptable solutions. Very bad experience. I tried again to buy appliances the next day with another supplier, and 2 weeks later, they delivered my new appliances without incident. So, I’m not going to use trail again unless I need a floor stock, in stock item, it appears they are unable to track orders that are ordered from their suppliers, at least in my experience.
