Took my phone here to be fixed. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and worked very quickly. My phone was fixed long before expected and months later, it is still in perfect condition!

Great service. Dropped off my iPhone 6 plus with a busted screen. One hour or so later, I had a fully functional device again. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I took my mom’s iPhone 5 to the Apple Store to check out why the ear speaker wasn’t clear. They diagnosed it and said I need to replace the entire front of the phone for $ 159. My brother recommended that I try uBreakIFix. I took my phone there; they told me it should be a matter of just replacing the speaker at $ 79. Well, when they opened it up, they realized they just needed to clean the speaker and replace the mesh, and only charged me $ 30.
The service was fast, courteous, honest and professional. What else could you ask for?

Just wanted to say how great the guys were at UBREAKIFIX at the Dollard Des Ormeaux location
I brought in my tablet in to be repaired and got it back as good as new
They were great to deal with and would recommend them if you have any communication devices that need repair.
