Yikes. 7 people working. 1 taking orders plus 1 on drive-through. No idea how it takes 5 people to process the orders for the 2 taking them. Called over the manager-on-duty. They had trouble deciding who that was, it seemed. She curtly responded that it’s «always like that» and that she «doesn’t decide who does what.» When I suggested she mention it to someone who can make a change, she pointed to an employee at a previously unoccupied cash and rudely said «she’s waiting to take your order.»
The BELT was good, though.
