My parents introduced me to Beaver House Fudge as we drove down the Trans Canada Hwy. They’d sampled their fudge at the Thursday Sidney Summer Market over the years, and were convinced I should have a sample of fudge. Honestly, I was thinking… «Fudge?»…“we have someplace to be this had better be good”…“Okay, if you insist… after all you are driving” Well, my oh my. Go get some of this fudge now. Stop reading Unilocal.Honestly, if you want fudge go get this fudge. They have so many amazing flavors. I haven’t sampled them all, but I have tried the Smooth Chocolate, French Vanilla, Mint Chocolate Swirl, Watermelon, English Heath Toffee, and two other chocolates that I’ve forgotten the names of. This fudge is amazing. I had no idea that fudge came in so many flavor, and all the flavors I’ve tried are excellent. The fudge is rich, very rich. It is served with a plastic butter knife. The knife is used to slice small slivers off the chunk of fudge. Honestly, anything more than a few slices and I start to feel like I’ve overdosed on sweets. It’s amazing.
