Brought my laptop in last Wed (5 days ago) for repairs, have not heard from them since and cannot phone them. There is no number posted on their web site, just a 1-800 number where you are put on hold and have to listed to ads until I hung up to frustrated to hold a civil conversation. In addition I just found out I should have been issued a tag with a number on it in order to enquire about the repairs, they took my phone number but I did not get a receipt.

The manager there is a joke. I went in there to buy a ps4 with a game and psn pass but I wanted to swap out the game that came with it for a different one. The game I wanted was older and less valuable but he still wanted to charge me for swapping it. I went to wal mart and got helped by a nice kid and his manager, they swapped the game for free and even gave me a discount because I was buying a few things.
I’ll be going there first for my electronics from now on.

Pushy staff. They’re on commission so they want you to buy stuff plus extras like cases and protection plans and other junk. I only go there if I already specifically know what I want and have checked online to see that it’s in Stock.
