What a surprise to see this culinary destination spot in Duncan, BC. The building alone catches your eye. In fact I thought it was a restaurant but was just as happy to see it will fulfill all my culinary needs. Apparently they have expanded into other items and have an entire loft area dedicated to delights of the bedroom and bathroom… towels, sheets and such. A nice addition and one that I will be revisiting. I just moved from San Francisco, CA and love my boutique culinary shops. Watch out Craigslist; P&P has a whole different meaning on the island and word has gotten out!

I have always loved this store, though I will admit that it is quite pricey, and the service can be hit or miss. You get what you pay for, though because they sell beautiful and very good quality products. I bought a duvet and cover from them about 8 years ago and both pieces are still like new. Recently we went there to purchase gifts for a wedding where the bride and groom didn’t register anywhere, and it was the perfect place to go because they have so many choices!

Talk about inspiring. Pots and Paraphernalia has everything I love, but can’t really afford. They have the most amazing beds made with the most beautiful linens, pillows and dressings imaginable. They’re original and of the best quality. The main floor is filled with unique kitchen gear and, of course, pots. If only I had a large kitchen! If there’s a foodie on your Christmas list this year and your looking for the best gift come here, but bring your Visa. The prices are a little blinding on some items.
