Efficiency plus! When I was told I could bring my MacBook Pro in to be looked at and given an estimate for free I was taken back. They did just as they promised: take computer, investigate, return call next day with diagnosis.
They were honest and said while they could fix the mother board it would cost me more than it was worth -$ 1,000. I asked them to security dispose of it and walked away bitterly sweet happy. At least I know it’s time to invest in a new computer and I feel confident that I have found a great computer technician who is honest.
