fast and quick customer service. Very polite staff and lots of open lanes. I would recommend this place to everyone if they are looking for friendly staff.

I love Costco and always have. The fact that they carry more and more organic foods is a HUGE plus. The staff is generally efficient, helpful and polite. The drawback to this location is that no matter when you shop here, it is always busy. Having said that, I have adjusted to the chaos and am certain to be kind to other shoppers as it can only help with the experience.

I like going to this Costco because it is not crowded. Plus, there is a gas station here that is always cheaper than the Esso or Shell nearby. On Saturdays, well, almost everyday, there are sampler stands. I feel bad when I don’t buy the product but how else would I know what’s good or bad. I’ve gotten my passport size photos here before as well as my glasses. Quick and painless service. The set up is like any other costco, which I have nothing to complain about as long as it’s organized. The cake is really huge and will feed 30 – 40 people easily for $ 19.99. Better than gourmet cakes for $ 40 – 50 something. You don’t have to book if you’re in a hurry. Who doesn’t like either vanilla or chocolate? My favourite items to buy here are as follow: cereal because they come in bulk, fresh meat, rotisserie chicken, Kawabata ice cream, Cheesecake Factory cakes, cherry tomatoes, protein bar($ 14.99 for 18 bars), and crotons.

Just came home from Costco, everything they say about this wholesale store is pretty much the same. There’s just a slight problem there, about some of their employees. Very rude and disrespectful towards certain frequent with executive membership customer. He works either in the entrance or at the exit by checking membership card or receipt. After looking at the card or reciept he looks at the private part. How rude is that.

Everything from my last review still stands, with the following new information: The self-service cash check-out lanes have been removed, permanently. I asked why this happened, and an employee told me it was costing them more money to staff those machines to tell customers how to use them than it does to have actual cashiers. FYI: The only credit card accepted is American Express. They also take cash or debit.

We needed tires for our truck and asked our son to search out best prices on line. Costco came up as the lowest, so we ordered. Got right into the tire bay at the appointed time. We watched and were impressed by the skill and professionalism of the two mechanics. Would highly recommend using this service. Go later in the day, mid-week if you can(our appt. was at 6:00 p.m.) when they seem to have a bit more time.

I love the addition of a self-serve check-out at this store which makes for fewer line-ups. The store is super-clean and always neatly organized with close attention paid to the clothing department. The piles of clothes are always neatly folded even after being attacked by customer after customer. This takes a lot of work and attention. Free food samples still aren’t as generous as the Richmond Hill store. As for marked down items, I’ve found more items earlier in the week. The gas bar remains popular. Remember that the pumps have really long hoses that can be pulled over to the other side of your car. If you can manage this easy stretch, it will reduce your waiting time.
