Maybe Bill’s plants and staff wilt in the summer months, like many flowers. Found it to be poorly stocked (but I was there at the end of July, so that may not be indicative of their selection at the height of planting season) and the staff was blasé and ill informed.

Fair prices, great selection all around (plants and equipment), friendly staff, cool cat. Has my namesake’s flower for sale when in season. I would have rated higher but the prices aren’t low enough considering what they are selling.
