Go Go Gas Bar

Been getting regular service done here (along with various other car issues) since I moved to the neighborhood 4 years ago and couldn’t be happier. Perry is knowledgable, friendly and honest. He now knows my car — and has a solid understanding of what needs to be done when, and what can wait.
He always makes time for me — ie. quickly pulled a nail out of my tire and patched it on the spot.
Totally recommend Go Go Gas Bar. Plus it’s called Go Go Gas Bar.

I was really worried when my last mechanic retired, closed up shop and the car started squeaking like an underused, underpaid college kid who, «like went to Waterloo and, like, totally should get the best work»
Yeah. My alternator belt is in shredded bits which means the car won’t cool down and the battery won’t charge, so stop staring at your Comp Eng coat and be useful.

Go Go Gas bar, after a single visit, appears to be on the up-​and-​up. A longstanding neighbourhood business that’s been passed down to the next generation. No funny stuff with pricing or labour and they even offered to patch a nail hole in my tire for free.
A big sigh of relief … like the end of a co-​op term.
