310-DUMP

Talked to a friendly person on the phone who told me to expect someone between 10am and 2pm the next day. Planned around it and sat around waiting in my small condo surrounded by renovation materials I desperately needed hauled away before my toddler got home from daycare and hurt herself on them. Got a call at 1pm saying they were running late but giving no time estimate. I said I had to leave at 4 to pick up m my daughter and she said that was fine. At 4:10 I called the office again and told them I could not wait any longer. The response I got was that my appointment was actually for 12 – 4, which was both completely untrue and a pretty bad defence when it’s after 4 and no one has shown up. Forget it! I will take my chances with another service that might actually show up when I book it. Extremely frustrated.

For my last home renovation project, I simply hauled all the junk and demolition debris outside and piled it up in my back yard. I called 310 DUMP and they were there the very next day. They gave me a quote on-​site before starting any work. The price was awesome and they loaded all the junk themselves — I didn’t have to touch a thing.
There were no hidden fees or charges. Their employees were friendly, well-​dressed and seemed well trained and knowledgeable. They checked over my backyard when they were finished loading to make sure nothing was missed and my lawn was free of tiny debris.
I like to read reviews on businesses before I hire them, and was skeptical after finding some negative reviews on 310 DUMP. However, I had a coupon and booked them anyways based on price alone. After speaking with them and watching them work, I can say that this company is worthy of a 5-​star review and you can’t go wrong. I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them.

Friendly, professional staff and great cost! I had many items that I needed taken away. I called 310-​DUMP and they were very busy but squeezed me in for the same day. The lady who I spoke to on the phone, was kind, professional and so informative. The Junk Removal truck came to my home, looked at my junk, gave me a price which I was very happy with because I had so much stuff. They loaded it up so quickly, I was so surprised that they removed all my stuff from my basement and backyard into their truck. The two men that came were also, kind, polite and professional. My husband and I are so happy with 310-​DUMP, we will definately use them again and recommend them to everyone.
