Hanging up on a customer while he is asking a quote. not acceptable…
Talking trash about other companies just to get some business is not ethical…
one more thing just incase if the manager of the company reads this;
people request a quote to find out if the price is ok. The term ”quote” is also referred as ”estimate” so, if a customers starts a sentence as ”if it happens to be a 3-​hour-​move…” your representative should not keep interrupting the sentence and keep telliing ”we re not sure if it is done in 3 hours”. moreover, she should not hang up on a customer when she thinks she wont close a deal.
i wonder how the moving would be if i proceded with their service…

The only reason (s) I don’t give Action Moving a 5-​star rating, is solely based on administrative issues. I’ll get the nasty stuff out of the way first, and then on to the good stuff.
I received a call from one of the women in the front office to confirm the move and they had the wrong date. When I gave her the correct date that was on the order, she asked me when I had moved the date. LOL — I didn’t! Anyway, got that sorted. The day before the «real» move date, I called to confirm. The woman I spoke to that day was very pleasant to deal with and all was set to go. A few hours later I received another call from the woman I had talked to a month earlier, confirming the move again. All good and set for the next morning between 9:00 and 9:30. The movers didn’t come until 10:15. Not a really big deal, but there was no one answering the phone when I tried calling at 10:00 to find out if they were still coming, delayed, or time was moved. They did show and from then on, it was smooth sailing.
As far as the move itself went, Terry and Dan did an excellent job!!! They had everything loaded on the truck in 25 minutes! Unloading was just as fast. No damage to any walls or personal belongings. Friendly, professional.
I also found Action Moving’s pricing to be great! Their original quote was almost $ 400.00 less than anyone else. When it came time to pay the movers, the actual cost was about $ 150.00 less than the quote.
I highly recommend Action Moving and should I need to move again, they’re on the top of my list to call.
