Alberta Cycle has a lot more than just cycles. They also have a healthy selection of snowmobiles, scooters, side-by-sides, and quads. There’s a service department which performs repairs and maintenance on all the above-listed equipment as well as a parts department. The management/ownership at Alberta Cycle recently helped me out with a snowmobile sale. The staff I dealt with were all knowledgable, professional, and friendly. My phone calls were always promptly returned and whenever they had new information for me they got in touch with me right away. Be aware that they’re closed all day Sunday and Monday. I don’t get why some of the reviewers here have such a heartache about that. Is it really that big a deal to come in on Saturday as opposed to Sunday? Alberta Cycle’s staff needs time to go biking and sledding too :) It was a pleasure to deal with these guys and I hope our paths cross again.

I bought my gsxr here as it was the best deal that I found. My sales person at the time«Guy» made the buying experience easy to do business with him… It’s sad that he’s gone. When it comes to service, I’ve had issues with being treated like a dumb girl. I don’t need the extra hassle of fighting over what’s wrong with my bike. I trust their mechanics more than Argyll though. If you’re looking for tires, it is the best deal to be had in Edmonton.

My experience at Alberta cycle was fantastic. After getting the best quote in town for new tires, I dropped my rims off in the morning and had great new tires by the afternoon. Barry at the parts desk was very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely will return for my next set. Thank you!
