Not the best movers in town! I suggest looking for someone else!
I found these guys on kijiji after my original movers bailed on me.
Loading was okay but when we got to the house for unloading, the guy said that anything you can carry will go to the main floor rest we will take to upper floor or basement. That was ridiculous, he agreed to charge a lump sump to do the job but never told me that he will not bring stuff to the upper floor or basement when we get to the new house.
He kept ranting that pay me by the hour but basically he was the one who came up with the lump sump amount and in the end I calculated he made $ 130 per hour which is way more that what other movers charge (~$ 89 – 109 per hour). I did not negotiate what so ever! They dinged my walls in like 5 places, broke hardwood because he dropped stuff on the floor and on top he was not even sorry for walking with shoes on all over our new Hardwood floor.
Save yourself some stress and find someone off google with good reviews and not someone from Kijiji!

Completely unhappy with my moving experience! Found these guys on kijiji after my original movers bailed on me. They said they would match the price and not charge for driving to the pick up locations. As they arrived 30min late, they insisted I sign this «contract» which listed out all the terms we DID NOT agree on over the phone. They jacked up the price per hour, charged a 1 hour driving time and said there was a 3 hr minimum. I told him off the bat I only had $ 500 was it possible to do the move? Including GST is was. Then he asked me to help load the truck to get things moving along faster. I had my 11yr old and 7yr old sisters helping while he sat in the truck having a smoke on the phone! The other guy did most of the work with my sisters very frustrating. So we get to our new place and he told me it would cost more to do the other half of the job. Of course I couldn’t afford it so genuinely I was upset. While sitting on the stairs crying this guy has the nerves to come over and say we need to be paid first before we start unloading. Like really I’m in tears and you just want your money?! Heartless. So they start unloading… Awful awful Awful. They were pilling heavy boxes on top of light ones. Bigger boxes on top of small ones. And just brining it all in and dropping it. Wrecking my items. Wheels were coming off, legs and doors etc just careless. Also I told them I needed help getting some boxes downstairs. Even my lil sister told them too. When finished they hopped in the truck and drove away! I tried calling the guy multiple times telling him they never finished the job. They still had about 15min on the clock more than enough time to take the big heavy ass boxes downstairs but nope just took off. I called my dad immediately told him what happened. He contacted the guy the next day who told him to f*ck off! Can you believe that?! Then the owner decides to contact me instead of my dad who was trying to contact him and totally chewed off my head telling me how much of a liar I was. Wouldn’t even talk about any sort of compromise or how we could fix the situation. Ended up hanging up on me telling me to sue him. Don’t use these guys. Please! They’re the rudest people I’ve met. :(
