Be-​a-​bella is an adorable gift and candy store with a great back story (ask the owners). Some of the gifts are pricey, but there is often unique jewelry for a great price. The store is a lot like the now closed Tin Box, but with neat sweets!

Oh my! You had me at taffy strips, gluten free ginger chews, and bonbons (every flavour). What a «sweet» little store. I took plenty of pictures. Unique little gifts for hostesses, babies, last minute occasions from the little buttons to the paintings, candles to jewelry, hand creams to… CANDY. In jars! Of every sort! Measured out and sold the old fashioned way. And not just any old candy, specialty types and old favourites! Yum. Double yum. Drool. Homer moment.
Pictures must replace my words now. In ginger chew & bonbon coma. Happy sigh.

I love, love, love this little shop! It is filled with gorgeous little every things! We try to visit as often as possible and every time we go there is something new to look at. We’ve bought jewelry, decorative items, toys, holiday decorations, and of course candy and all have been of the highest quality and totally original. The owner and her husband (?) are absolutely lovely, the customer service is excellent! The artisan work done by the owner is sublime. And than there is the candy, some locally made, some imported all delicious! Literally like a kid in a candy store. Absolutely my favorite store in the city!
