Take my word for it. It might be a great place to hang out and dance but I wouldn’t trust the food. The place is disgusting and the only saving grace is that it’s really dim. The lower floor smells of paint. The cook must have quit during the event we were at because there was supposed to be food but there wasn’t so we left and ate somewhere else then came back.
The bar has NO selection whatsoever. No fruit juices, no beer (except Corona). Their drinks are way overpriced as well.

We were not planning to go here, the fringe was on and the street was in a mad panic, my wife looked over and saw this place, so we went in, it wasn’t busy, we sat right away, the place is so new they were still in trial mode, something went wrong with the order and it took forever! I was pleased when the manager offered us free drinks to comp for the wait, then the food came and it was delicious, homemade and very fresh, a little pricey but it is Whyte Ave, the menu was all in Spanish as well. Later we walked buy and they had a Mariachi band playing way cool! Definitely a repeat customer.

Delicious food, very fresh! Wonderful experience. The restaurant is new, their menus weren’t printed and the manager had to explain the food to us because the waitress didn’t yet know. We will certainly return!
