We found this via Unilocal and the service was excellent and food remarkable. We experienced the vegetable samosa, cheese Naan, Shrimp Masala and chicken curry and all were absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend this place and am grateful for Unilocal… Without it we would certainly not have stumbled across this location as we came in from out of town for an evening event.

Great food! Sooo satisfying. Best Indian cuisine I’ve had in the city of Edmonton. You don’t want to miss the flavors you’ll indulge in here! Quality food at an unbelievable price.

This place was great. Today I decided to try this place for the first time. The service was great. We got sat right away. The menu had a lot of options. Great for vegetarians. For drinks we got some chai then we ordered samosas for appetizers, then bhindi masala, coconut rice, chicken bhuna and Naan for dinner. Lastly, we ordered gulab jamun for dessert. It was all soo good. The pricing was fair as we paid under 50 bucks for 2 people. I enjoyed everything I ordered. I will be back. The place was clean, the service was on point and the food was great! We will be back. Update: I had to edit my review because I had their lunch special and it was amazing! They serve butter chicken, rice, fresh Naan, salad and a lentil dish. For desert they serve rice pudding and all of this for only 10.99 between 11 and 3!!!

Surprisingly the restaurant is excellent. The prices are really good and the food is excellent. The name and exterior make it seem a little low rent, but it is definitely worth eating at! We eat their at least once per month!

One of the few good places for Indian cuisine in Edmonton. I am giving it 5 stars because all the curries didn’t taste the same(yes they are all not supposed to taste like butter chicken), good use(not overuse) of spices(mild and flavourful), very quick service, reasonable prices. It is definitely always going to be on our radar when looking to eat good quality India food in Edmonton outside our own kitchen.

My fiancée and I absolutely love Curry Corner! We original tried it after finding a great review here on Unilocal. We have taken many people there and have had an array of dishes. Everything we have tried has been delicious and the service is always fantastic! A couple of our Favorites are the butter chicken, coconut rice, coconut Naan, and garlic naan. The tikka chicken as a starter is a winner.

What a great restaurant! It’s very quaint when you walk in but the food is amazing. We had the lamb curry, coconut rice, garlic Naan & chicken tikka. Definitely tops my list for Indian food in YEG.

Call me T-Pain, because I fell in love with a strip mall(Indian restaurant). The wife and I had a hankering for some Indian takeaway, and so we decided to try this establishment located near our mother ship. We lucked out again, because this might be the best Indian food in town! I had the goat curry, and the Mrs. had the palak paneer and the vegetable korma– with no misses! The entrees were paired with the original naan and saffron rice. The curry had the right amount of flavour and spice, and the naan was oven baked and none too shabby. Another gem hidden in Edmonton’s seemingly infinite suburban strip mall scene. I think these need locations need to be re-branded as «suburbane» to reflect the high quality hidden in a deceptive setting.

This is my third time coming to curry corner. Being close to the house, we happened to find it going to the registry nearby. I must say their garlic Naan is so delicious and fresh. The butter chicken make my boyfriend’s mouth water. And he’s Indian. I’d say the butter chicken and bhindi Masala(okra) are the best we’ve ever had. The bhindi Masala is slightly spicy and cooked with so much flavor I can’t even breathe right now I’m so full.

A little cozy and very clean place. Friendly and polite server. Tasty food. The portion is enough for two if you are not too hungry. It takes a little bit long to bring your food but they serve a kind of sweet as appetizer free of charge. Overall I like this place. Recommend it.

This place is fantastic, the food is excellent. The lunch special really can’t be beat, with excellent butter chicken at 10.99. This a great hidden gem.

The curry was so good! We ordered chili shrimp, lamb curry, lunch combo and other 2 dishes I forgot the name, and the masala tea was good too. We also ordered extra 2 pieces of naan bread and a bowl of coconut rice, and that was too much for us 3 people. We packed all because it’s so delicious~

A couple of friends I returned to Curry Corner for lunch just over a week ago. Once again, on one of the coldest days this year! At least this type of cuisine will warm you up! The server remembered us and that one of my friends drank hot water with lemon. Given that we had only been there once before, a few weeks prior, it was incredible that he remembered. The quanitity of the meat in the Butter Chicken was much better this time around and the Veggie Pakora and Beef Samosas are heavenly! They are obviously made in house, as it would be impossible to buy anything like that from a store. My complaint about the cost and lack of side dishes was rectified in the 10.00 lunch special which as butter chicken, three sides, and rice pudding for dessert! God for lunch to save some cash! This is my new favourite place for Curry and I can’t wait to go back!

The staff seemed friendly and remembered to refill drinks. They have a substantial number of menu items for reasonable prices, especially for Indian food. We ordered tandoori roti, lamb curry, chai tea and a lunch combo. The lamb was tender, flavourful and mildly spicy. I recommend the lunch combo for a quick fix. Comes with lentils, butter chicken, rice, salad, naan bread and dessert all for $ 10.99! The meal was faster and cheaper than a big buffet restaurant, with the same quality of food. I’d definitely come here again.

I can see why they have such a great urban spoon rating. I was blown away with the explosion of flavours they hit me with. Friendly service and an unpretentious simple and small dining room. The real star here is the incredible food! It’s been a while where I have craved the need to go back the next day because there weren’t any leftovers ;) Please try it and enjoy the colourful teasing that your taste buds shall receive. Love this place big time and discovered it of course just as I was moving from the south to the west. Road trips abound for culinary adventure!
