I love the atmosphere the staff create in this store. They are definitely enthusiastic about the teas they sell and will help find the perfect tea to suit your preference and mood. This is one of my favourite stores in Londonderry Mall.

So, I’ve been back a few times. The manager was kind enough to message me about the concerns I had, and made a great effort to find out why I wasn’t having good experiences at this store. This really stood out to me. I knew I would give them a second chance eventually, it being the only David’s Tea really close to my home. The customer service aspect of this store has improved so much. I don’t know what happened, but now every time I go in I’m greeted with a kind hello. The people that work there engage in conversation, ask me how I’m doing, ask if I need any help. The store is a lot less cluttered and disorganized, the teas are almost always on the wall now and the service is quick and friendly. I am so glad I decided to go back because this store really brightens up Londonderry and they obviously take concerns seriously and care about the well being of their customers. If you’ve had a bad experience in the past little while, go back in a few weeks. I can almost guarantee you it’ll be better.

Walked into the store and it had such a wonderful vibe. All the staff were energetic and had lots of knowledge! I walked away with more then I intended on getting but was it worth it?! Always!

Ever since my last review I have indeed returned to the store like I mentioned I would and have found the customer experience has improved dramatically. The front counters are tidy now and it’s much easier to browse the tea selection. The staff seem much more friendly and confident which has probably come from having a few weeks to learn about ingredients and drink preparation. Overall I just feel alot happier coming in here and handing over my money versus before where I felt I was getting ripped off and the experience just wasn’t meeting my expectations that were established from patronizing other stores. I actually had an employee reach out to me through Unilocal(not sure if she was from this store or another location) just to get the details of my experiences and apologize for the frustrations. I appreciate the class that it takes to send out a message like that as it’s a normal human reaction to be offended by criticism and attempt to defend yourself but I got no attitude or argument here… just great customer service. If you had a rough initial experience with this new location I really encourage you to give it another try as they are right on that level now of amazing products and customer service that one usually encounters when patronizing David’s Tea.
